Job Information

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Repair Planners to create an accurate repair plan for each vehicle
  • Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications 
  • Participate as a member of a team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.

Painter

Job Information

Responsibilities include:

  • Prioritize daily workload to keep all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery. 
  • Performs all refinish procedures according to factory specifications. 
  • Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles’ original colors using Colornet.
  • Efficiently use and maintain paint material inventory.
  • Follows OEM standards for blending formulas, topcoat application and curing. 
  • Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicles prior to painting. 
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a paint team. 
  • Maintain all tools and equipment, keep workspace clean and organized and perform routine maintenance for paint booth and booth filters. 
  • Utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper refinishing procedures in compliance with OSHA safety guidelines.

Estimator/Repair Planner

Job Information

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspect the vehicle for damage to the structure, sheet metal, mechanical, electrical, glass and interior components and necessary refinishing to bring the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
  • Communicate with the CSR, customer, and insurance adjuster as needed to obtain approval for the repair (sell the repair)
  • Follow-up on any repairs requiring supplements to promptly obtain approvals.
  • Ensure our customer is informed at all stages of the repair process.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must have a complete and thorough understanding of vehicle construction, estimating guides, procedure pages, and insurer needs.

Location Manager

Job Information

Responsibilities include:

  • Set standards and develop action plans to facilitate improvement of business performance and standards for quality, customer service and satisfaction, promotional efforts, and employee satisfaction and retention
  • Identify, establish, and monitor financial performance goals for the shop including sales growth and gross profit on labor, parts, paint & materials, and sublet.  Control overhead expenses and assist in the management of receivables.

Paint Prepper

Job Information

Responsibilities include:

  • Prep vehicles for paint, Tape, Mask, Wet Sand, Buff.
  • Apply refinish coating using approved spray equipment
  • Assist refinish Technician in our auto body repair facility
  • Clean and maintain all paint formulation and spray equipment and maintain paint storage areas
  • Inspect condition of panels to be painted for any defects in repair, prepping, or masking; refer any issues discovered to supervisor.
  • Mix refinished products (primer, base, and clear) in amounts required to cover the designated area. Ensure the area to be used for application is properly vented.
  • Prep vehicles properly for paint (tape, mask, wet sand, etc).
  • Clean and maintain all paint formulation and spray application equipment and maintain paint and storage areas.
